FQHC Maternity Services Information For the service dates, Deliveries and Ob/Gyn surgeries procedure codes listed below, FQHCs shall receive reimbursement at the higher of the Medicaid fee-for-service rate for the particular code or the FQHC’s PPS encounter rate. Service Dates Procedure Codes Beginning July 11, 2008 View Reimbursement for surgical assistants will be at the Medicaid fee-for-service rate for the particular procedure code. Antepartum and Postpartum encounters provided to Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service beneficiaries that are not included in the delivery code reimbursement, may be reimbursed to the FQHC at the PPS encounter rate. Post surgical encounters provided to Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service beneficiaries that are not included in the Ob/Gyn surgical code reimbursement, may be reimbursed to the FQHC at the PPS encounter rate.
